The gift card can be applied to multiple customers.

After 1 year from the purchase date, the card's value will be adjusted to the original purchase price.

The card cannot be redeemed for cash or any other assets.

Customers can register for a card online and receive it on the day of treatment at the branch.

Not applicable for orthodontics (braces and Invisalign) and bone grafting, sinus lift procedures.
